Amazon

Operations Center

The invisible system behind a click. A purchase is never just a purchase.

The challenge

What I built

Amazon wanted people to understand there's an entire world behind a single click: warehouses, logistics, routes, people, decisions. The question was how to make e-commerce tangible, exciting, and real.

The result

An experience where people became warehouse operators: uniformed, briefed by Alexa, packing orders, following delivery routes, and collecting signatures across the city.

Every step, every tool, every interaction was intentionally designed.

Deployed across multiple KidZania locations in Mexico (Santa Fe, Cuicuilco, Monterrey, Guadalajara).

"Alexa, what's the most sold product on Amazon?"

Kaspersky

Cyber Investigation Center

Threats you can't see. The internet became a crime scene.

A digital world turned into a physical investigation.

We are all vulnerable targets of cybercrime like phishing, identity theft or cyberbullying, and most of us don't even know it.

Kaspersky needed to make invisible threats feel real, urgent, and impossible to ignore.

The question was never if people could understand cybersecurity. It was how to make them want to.

What I built

A cybersecurity brief became a crime scene.

Each case had a victim with a name, a story, and a device left behind.
Visitors traced IP addresses, collected physical evidence, and ran digital analyses through tools inspired by Kaspersky’s own systems.

The investigation was real. The urgency was real. Only the crime was fictional.

Deployed across multiple KidZania locations in Mexico, India, Istanbul and Dubai.

The result

The challenge

"Our cybermap just alerted us about three urgent cases in KidZania!"

Nissin

Ramen Factory

What started as one idea, fed the world.

From chaos to creation. From curiosity to invention.

The challenge

What I built

Nissin didn't just want people to make ramen. They wanted them to understand why it exists, a founder who saw hunger after a war and decided to do something about it.

The challenge was turning a philosophy about innovation and social impact into something you could hold in your hands.

The result

A working ramen factory: from dough to packaged product, every machine, timing, temperature, and pressure controlled through a custom interface I designed.

I bridged craft and industry perfecting authentic dough (matching texture, color, aroma) with a chemist, while engineering the full automated production flow.

People left with a product made by their own hands... and a story they'll never forget.

"What if food could bring peace?"

ADM • Minino & Ganador

Veterinary Clinic

Care is not instinct. It's responsibility.

Every symptom tells a story, every decision shapes a life.

ADM wanted to champion nutrition, responsible ownership, and preventive care. The real challenge: turn pet care into a tangible, decision-driven experience about health while making people feel the weight of caring for a living being, without a real animal present.

What I built

People became veterinarians, diagnosing, evaluating, and making decisions that shaped their patients’ well-being.

Each patient had a name, a story, a condition.
Some were overweight. Others malnourished. Joints cracked. Hearts beat. Gums decayed.

Every symptom was intentionally designed, across narrative, behavior, and physical response, so they could examine like real vets.

Because inside the experience, they were.

The result

The challenge

"Veterinarians, one of our patients has an irregular pulse…"

Another world I build

Makeup, for me, is not about beauty. It's about transformation.

Perception. Identity. Storytelling.

The canvas just happens to be a face.
